When you order pills online, you send money through Western Union, and they send you your pills. This is a fake courier service they make you respond to. All you're doing is just responding to Nes Com. nescom83@yahoo.com because it's the same broken English.

If you respond to it, he'll say he'll register with the courier or something... it's all scammer bullsh*t
